Why do I need a financial controller?
A financial controller, apart from providing the owner with reliable and up-to-date data that serves as a basis for business decisions, ensures the accuracy of financial and accounting data, analyzes the margins of products, services, and customers, supports financial planning, and monitors business performance. Often in small and medium-sized companies, when a decision needs to be made, it turns out that the data to make that decision is either lacking or incorrect, which can lead to wrong decisions being made. An occasional advisory service cannot replace a financial controller who has a constant connection with the company.
How much does the financial controller service cost?
The cost of the service depends on the chosen package, which is based on your expectations regarding our availability. We are flexible and can make changes, but the most effective option for us is long-term, ongoing collaboration.
The prices of the basic packages we offer are:
Basic package - 5 thousand net per month
Medium package - 8 thousand net per month
Advanced package - 12 thousand net per month

Do you provide accounting services?
At this moment, we do not provide such services, but we will help you find the right accounting firm. Working with a financial controller also helps with the ongoing analysis of books and clarifying discrepancies.
Do you help set up a company and choose a tax form?
Yes. We will advise on the choice of legal form (sole proprietorship/company), select PKD, assist in registering CEIDG/KRS, VAT/VAT-UE, and ZUS notifications. We will explain the differences between scale, linear, and lump-sum taxation and prepare a burden forecast to optimize taxes and costs.
How do you ensure data security and quality of service?
We have liability insurance for the accounting office, work in accordance with GDPR, and use encrypted document exchange systems. Each client is served by a dedicated advisor, and we keep you informed about tax deadlines. We are available Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00; contact: +48 777-888-999, office@lexkorp.com.
